       America's Walking Club, the AVA, is celebrating 50 YEARS of bringing
       people together for Fun, Fitness, and Friendship.

Day (Traditional Volksmarch) Events

On Sunday, November 8th, come and join us for a walk through historic
Cambridge Massachusetts.
The 6K and 10K routes will take us through parts of the Harvard University campus, past museums
and historic homes, and along the Charles River.
Start times between 8:30 a.m and 11:30 p.m..

Scheduled Group Events - Note- Pouring rain cancels, a drizzel doesn't.

Saturday, October 17th, (Previously scheduled for October 24th) Lowell, MA.
Registration in Visitors Center at 9:45; walk at 10:00.

Tuesday, October 20th, The Back Bay in Boston, MA.
Registration starts at 10:00 in the eating area under the dome in center of Quincy Market.
Walk starts at 10:15. Lunch location TBD.

Saturday, October 24th, Providence, RI. (Rescheduled from Sept. 26th)
It's a Providence Water Fire Day! Meet at 2:45 p.m. to start at 3:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 31st, Newton, MA.
Registration starts 9:45 in lobby to left as you enter library from the parking lot; walk at 10.

Saturday, November 14th, Provincetown, MA
Registration 9:45; walk at 10:00.

Sunday, November 15th, We'll visit the Hidden Gems and Special Places in Boston, MA.
Registration starts at 8:30 on 2nd floor of the Prudential Center opposite the US Post Office.
Walk starts at 9:00. Lunch location TBD.

Tuesday, November 17th, Danvers, MA.
Peabody Institute Library, 15 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923. Registration 10:00; walk at 10:15.

Saturday, November 21st,
Let's walk, and then enjoy America's Hometown Thanksgiving Parade in Plymouth, MA.
